A local of Panauti, and a shamanic healer — Basanta runs Shaman Farm and Falls on the ground, as its operations head. This isn't a hired consultant's project; it's his village, his family, and his craft. He's the one keeping the place running day to day — and, as often as not, the one who'll greet whoever's come to sit by the water.
